My professional journey began as an intern Technical Support Engineer at an internet hosting company, where I gained first-hand experience in customer-facing technical support and infrastructure management. I later moved into the banking industry in Indonesia, taking on roles in enterprise IT and software engineering before transitioning fully into the blockchain space.
